Brian gets that kettlebell moving. You can see that his hips aren't quite all the way open though. Complete the movement with your hips so that kettlebell keeps moving up and your not using your arms so much. Awesome push though Brian!

If you aren't comfortable with the snatch work on overhead squats or take the time to work on technique with lighter weight. This is an awesome exercise that is tough to do but we can't neglect them because of the difficulty! Get em done!
CrossFit Park City is a general physical preparedness program. It is open to anyone who has a desire to commit themselves to hard work and fitness and provides people with an excellent level of fitness. CrossFit is run by Chris Spealler who is a level 2 certified CrossFit trainer. He travels with CrossFit to train and speak at level one certifications throughout the country. He is actively involved in the CrossFit community writing for the CrossFit Journal, training, and competing as an athlete. After finishing 4th in the first CrossFit Games competion he continued to work on developing CrossFit Park City and has since singed a lease for space and will soon be opening up a CrossFit specific gym.
